Hi, I'm Tim Kelley.  I hope my website has been helpful to you.  Feel free to take your time and research as much as you like.  When you are ready...I'd be glad to help you with the next step.

First, a little about me.  I was raised here in Crestview since about the age of three.  I attended all 12 years of school in Crestview.  Shortly after graduating from Crestview High School, I married my high school sweet heart.  So far, I have spent 48 wonderful years with her.  I went into the Air Force (1976).  While in the service, I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland Far East Division and also my Master of Arts Degree in Management and Supervision from Central Michigan University.  During the service I was an administrative specialist for about 4 years.    After Officer Training School I served as a Missile Launch Officer, taught Air Force ROTC at the University of Missouri, was Chief of Curriculum for the High School AFROTC progam,  An Exectutive Officerfor the Air Force ROTC Commadant,  and my last assignment... a Protocol Officer at Eglin AFB.  After retiring from the Air Force I bought and mangaged a CENTURY 21 Franchise for several years here in Crestview.  I decided to close the franchise and work as an independent Broker. That decision has simplified my life and allowed me to be free to do what I like best....personally work with buyers and sellers on their schedule and not feel rushed to "just make a sale to pay my bills".  I enjoy what I do and will take however much time you need to know you are making the right decision at the right time.  I love working with military buyers and sellers and first time home buyers.

I specialize in residential listings and sales of property in Crestview/Fort Walton Beach Florida and surrounding areas of Eglin AFB, Duke Field, 77th Special Forces and Hurlburt AFB.
